1. Promoter
This competition is organised by UKO Serviced Offices (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees of UKO and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Only one form submission per person is permitted.
3. How to Enter
To enter:
Complete the online competition entry form.
Follow UKO on one or more of the following platforms:
Facebook
Instagram
LinkedIn
Provide the requested social media usernames for verification.
Each verified follow counts as one entry, up to a maximum of three (3) entries per person.
For example:
Follow one account = 1 entry
Follow two accounts = 2 entries
Follow all three accounts = 3 entries
4. Competition Period
The competition opens on 3 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 October 2026.
Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
5. Prize
One winner will receive a £1,000 holiday voucher.
No cash alternative is available.
The prize is non-transferable.
UKO reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closes.
Where entrants have earned multiple entries by following multiple UKO social media accounts, each entry will be included separately in the random draw.
7. Verification
Before the prize is awarded, UKO may verify:
that the entrant completed the online entry form;
the entrant’s social media follows; and
that the social media usernames supplied match the relevant accounts.
If an entrant cannot be verified or has provided false information, UKO reserves the right to disqualify the entry and select another winner.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied on the entry form.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, UKO reserves the right to select another winner.
9. Data Protection
Personal information supplied as part of the competition will be used for:
administering the competition;
contacting the winner; and
where consent has been given, sending future marketing communications.
Personal information will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation and UKO’s Privacy Policy.
10. General
UKO reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
UKO’s decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final.
