To qualify for the scheme, the referral must be new to UKO and not previously registered on our sales database and the contract must have an initial term of 6 months or longer. Referrals are eligible across our five locations: Castlemill Dudley, County House Worcester, Fairgate House Birmingham, Regent House Wolverhampton and Two Devon Way Longbridge.
Your reward is based on the total office fees on your referral’s contract. It is a one-off payment for the initial contract term only. No further rewards are payable on renewal business. It is not applicable for Meeting Room or Virtual Office Introductions.

As well as your reward, your referral also benefits from a credit against their UKO invoice, giving them an extra reason to join.
Referee Incentives (Invoice Credit):
Referral rewards are paid once the contract has been signed. Payment is made after the initial UKO invoice has been raised and settled in full
